All weights and measures are approximate AND Images may be enhanced, enlarged or otherwise modified. Descriptions of each image are complied by reference to information available at the time of listing to Amarsons Pearls. Under no circumstances, will Amarsons Pearls incur any liability for inaccuracies in this respect. However, we shall endeavour to refund or replace any item proven within 6 months of purchase by an independent registered gemologist report to be incorrectly described to a significant extent. Amarsons Pearls shall be the sole judge of "significant" in this respect.

By using this Site, you are doing so at your own risk and agree to the following: Under no circumstances is Amarsons Pearls is liable for any damage or loss whatsoever suffered by you while using this Site.

Your statutory rights in relation to goods or services purchased through the website are not affected.

Amarsons Pearls is not liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including direct or indirect loss of profit, except from death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, due directly or indirectly to any use of this website or reliance on it or its contents or any information, advice or otherwise in any way connected with it.

Other Terms

Though Amarsons Pearls undertakes to deliver your products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by you, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond our control and any such action done shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.

Though Amarsons Pearls does its utmost best to deliver your products within the time schedule given by you in the order form, there may be cases of delayed/early delivery for reasons unknown. In such an eventuality, we are not entitled to you for any damages or compensation of any kind.

Amarsons Pearls cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries of any kind like misappropriation or damages or failure of any kind to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form. In addition, if any person impersonates and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person, we disclaim any kind of responsibility for the same and will not be entitled to pay any claims, damages, and/or compensation, even though we take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the order form.

Changes To Terms Of Use

Amarsons Pearls reserves the right at its sole discretion to effect changes to Terms of Use from time to time. Such changes if and when it takes place, will be posted on the website and on your subsequent browsing of this Site, you are deemed to have confirmed your acceptance of the changed Terms of Use and be bound by the same.
